Out-Of-Stock Items & Backorders ElephantEyeBeads.com makes every effort to have all items in stock at all times. Sometimes popular items will be out of stock. Many of our beads and findings are hand-crafted in remote areas of the world creating long delivery times (6-8 weeks). We do not fill backorders. Please re-order out-of-stock items with your next order.

Returning Merchandise 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! We are happy to refund your purchase or exchange items that are unopened or unaltered. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state. Please package your returns in a bubble pack or box and return within 30 days of purchase. It is recommended that returns are insured as Elephant Eye Beads is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If ordering different items in exchange for the items you are returning, we will add $3.50 to cover 1st Class USPS postage.
If returned items were purchased with a discount, the discount will be debited from the returned items.
Returns after 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns after 6 months from date of purchase are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Damaged Merchandise If you receive damaged merchandise you must contact us immediately upon receipt for a full refund.

If you are looking for something you saw at our booth at a show you can still order it online! At the time you complete your order and proceed to check-out, there is a place for you to email us a message. Please give us a description of the items you are looking for and how many pieces or strands you need. Include the size if possible. We’ll be happy to include these items with your order.
